A non-refundable deposit of $250 is payable two weeks before the wedding date. In the case that the package costs less than $500 the deposit will be $150. The balance is due within one week following the wedding date and before the finished product is delivered.

In the event that more than one client wishes to book wedding services on the same day, preference will go to the first client to pay the deposit. Rescheduled weddings will only be accommodated if the new date does not conflict with another booked wedding.

All hours of service will be calculated in a strictly continuous method and abstract methods can not be applied.

Creative Digital Enterprise will be the exclusive professional videographer/Photographer. Friends and family are permitted to operate video cameras on the condition that they do not interfere with or get in the way of the professional coverage.

It is the client's responsibility to secure access to areas for videography/Photography. Creative Digital Enterprise will not be responsible for coverage lost due to access restrictions.

Creative aspects such as shooting and editing style are at the discretion of Creative Digital Enterprise.

Creative Digital Enterprise will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g. bad weather, accidents, poor acoustics/lighting, interference from guests, etc.

Creative Digital Enterprise reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reasonable cause, e.g. accident or ill health. In this event all monies paid will be refunded in full.

Any liability on the part of Creative Digital Enterprise will be limited to the amount of monies paid.

The length of the finished product is based on the discretion of the editor considering content and activity.

In the event that one professional Photographer/videographer is selected for an event to cover photo and video, Creative Digital Enterprise is not liable if unable to capture pre-requested shots or cannot be held liable for missing any pre-requested shots due to alternating coverage.

Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform Creative Digital Enterprise of any technical or other problems with the video within 7 days. After 7 days, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed to be satisfied with the product.
